REGISTRATION STEPS:

• It is advisable to read the conference instructions before hand as to familiarise oneself with any important instructions necessary. Thus, your experience can be optimal when participating in this conference.
• You can only register through this website. Please use the link [Consult or start registration] at the top and at the bottom of this page.
• To register for this conference, you have to be registered in the events platform of the Nursing School of Coimbra.
• After initial registration, you will be able to access your registration details and have further options. All communications pertaining to your abstract(s) can be seen as well, if this applies.
• Please re-check all details entered with your registration to prevent any mistakes.
• Select an option that suits your payment choice. Fill in the details required, selecting your option for the invoice name, your own or any other entity's.
• After submitting, you will have access to all the information on your registration and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
• You can access your registration at any time through your reserved area and check/start your registration in detail.
• You can add items to your registration at any time.
• Payment methods are bank transfer or PayPal.
• The fees are defined according to the dates in the Registration fees table.
• The data in your registration form will be automatically used for badges, certificates, the record of proceedings. So, check carefully the information you provide.
• All communication with those registered at the Conference will be preferably done by e-mail. The administration will consider you have been notified after each successfully sent e-mail.
• For registration as “Undergraduate Student”, the presentation of a valid document (student card or any other) as proof of said status at the moment of registration is necessary.
• SIGMA members’ registration will be validated (accepted or rejected) by the administration.
• Registration to the Conference is necessary to register for courses or workshops.
• The workshops are free of charge, and registration for the conference is required to attend them. You can register for the Workshop 1 – Virtual Patients in Nursing Teaching – a tour in the Body Interact system“ and choose one of the remaining workshops (2,3, or 4).
• The workshops have a limited number of vacant places that will be filled by order of registration/payment.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
There will be no refunds available for any paid registration fee or the conference dinner event.

CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE:
• Certificate of attendance
• Conference folder
• Cocktail Reception & Cocktail Sigma Awards (27 and 28 May 2020)
• Coffee break (28, 29, and 30 May 2020)
• Lunches (28 and 29 May 2020)
• Simultaneous translation (English/Portuguese and Portuguese/English)

REGISTRATION FEES AND VACANCIES:
• Registration fees will increase from 1 November 2019 and again on 1 April 2020.
• For some activities with limited places, each vacancy will be occupied according to the registration order.
• All prices and payments are in Euros. Any bank charges will be responsability of the participant;
• Some of the activities will require a minimum of participants to take place.
